Shipping | Returns |  Payments.

All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

No international shipping at this time. 

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Give 7-14 business days for shipping. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. However,  we will accept returns for defective or damaged products in exchange for a new product within 48 hours. Email  Edenseenterprise@gmail.com submitting images of defective or damaged products along with a picture receipt. Make sure to give a thorough explanation of what is wrong with the product so that we can review and resolve the situation appropriately.

Please note: If we approve a refund after shipment of products, the refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. (We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause).

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, Eden Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show confirmation of delivery to the address entered at the time of purchase. Be sure to provide an accurate delivery address to prevent any problems with package delivery. If you run into delivery problems, contact the carrier for information and help in locating the package. Please provide the tracking number to assist the carrier with the investigation.
